Max 5 participants per team

I think it should be possible to have more than 5 participants in each team. This competition is a good way to gather the complete crew towards a common goal and to motivate the crew to do exercise. With max 5 persons per team it will be more splitting with more than one team on a ship. And it can be demotivating for some if they don't get space on the team they would like. Is it possible to change this?
