I have tried a new thing again 3 days ago! 😁
I started skateboarding again and burned 659 kcal in 1:10:50! 😁
But i have to learn to ride it in regular stance instead of goofy! 😅
Otherwise, i'll be punishing my left leg!
Don't want to end up, over-leveling my left leg! 🤣
It's fun and also burns a lot of calories. Unfortunately, you have to do 1:30:00 to have 3 points for the day. So, i ended up doing 10 minutes of Jump Rope for 474 Jumps burning 151kcal. (See below)

Running in the Rain

Been running in the rain yesterday..
Felt like one with Earth..
The gentle rainfall on your cheeks..
The breeze brushing through your body..
Makes me want to do it some more..
Got my sub-1 hour 10K today but continued on to meet the 1 hour workout up to 10.51km.
If only I have a waterproof shoes. 😅
My First Skipping Rope Session in my entire life

I have tried the skipping rope for the very first time in my life and I could say, it IS HARD!!!
I guess there's always a first time for everything.. 😁
One way or another, I 've learned something today!
Who would've thought it would burn that much calories.
Guess you don't need fancy equipment to be fit. 😁
You just have to start however small the starting effort is.. The motivation part comes after! 😊
